EDC Staff
Micah joined Walden’s EDC staff in 2022, after moving to the Bay Area from the Central Coast. In addition to EDC, they assist Gina in the Lower Group once a week. Before working at Walden, they ran a summer program for LGBTQ+ youth, and earned a BA in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Barnard College. Micah is passionate about creating a supportive and affirming space where young people, especially gender expansive children, can show up in their wholeness and explore. Outside of work they love to cook, spend time with their partner, and hang out in nature.
